HOT/COLD STONES MASSAGE
This massage is done using Basalt (mineral) Stones which are heated prior to treatment. The Stones retain heat giving deep relaxation to muscles.
This is usually a full body massage using a Lavender Oil mix giving a deeper and longer lasting sense of relaxation.
When needed cold stones are added into this treatment.
A fragrance free oil is available if you prefer.

This is a much lighter massage using specific techniques to encourage a feeling of balance and harmony. This is usually a full body massage with a Lavender Oil mix relaxing the senses also.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
This massage targets specific areas in need of treatment, ie Back, Neck & Shoulders or Legs, Hips & Glutes.
This massage is done using hands, arms, elbows and the odd Hot/Cold Stone for troublesome areas!
This massage is done using a fragrance free oil.

FACE & SCALP MASSAGE
This is a very relaxing and effective treatment which works on the muscles in the face, neck and scalp to reduce tension, help blood circulation and decongest the sinus area. (A relaxed face is a happy face!)
This can be a treatment on its own or tailored into your massage.
This massage is done using a Rose Facial Oil. A fragrance free oil is available or no oil if you prefer.

45MIN - £35 (TREATMENT ON ITS OWN)
BACK EXFOLIATION & MASSAGE
This is a wonderful treatment before your massage.
The back is gently exfoliated using a mixed blend of Sea Salts and Oil, leaving the skin cleansed and moisturised.
This is usually an area we tend to neglect!
